A Real Estate Staging Service provides you with a checklist of suggested improvements that may include paint colors, repairs, organization tips, furniture additions/subtractions and ideas to enhance the overall curb appeal of your home. When the painting and repairs are complete, we return to your home to position furniture and accessories to create an atmosphere that allows the buyer to imagine themselves living in your home. If additional items are needed, we will provide you with a shopping list ~ this may just be a few silk plants, a lamp, or other items that would add to the beauty of your home. Our goal is to help your home show it’s very best.
